I had a very important date that I couldn't miss. I missed the opportunity the last two times I was in Paris, but I was not going to miss seeing him again. I had a date.......with Rodin! When I visited the Rodin Museum last year in the winter, it was still undergoing a major renovation. The museum finished its renovation and reopened it's doors at the Hotel Biron in November 2015. The renovation was well worth the 3 year wait!
There's something about Paris that brings out the twinkle in my eyes and the excitement in my heart. Afterall, she isn't called the "City of Lights" and the "City of Love" for nothing! I always get so excited for my trips to France, and this one was no different. Just knowing that I would be able to get away and recharge my batteries meant everything! As usual I got the itch two weeks ago to go back to my "second home" Paris! Paris in the Spring, what a beautifully wonderful idea, right! As lady luck would have it, I scored this absolutely beautiful 1 bedroom apartment in the 7th, with an unforgettable view. What apartment you ask?......The Chambertin!!! The Chambertin!.....this very spacious one bedroom apartment boasts some of the most romantic views of the Eiffel Tower! And the interiors (as you can see from the bathroom) are gorgeous!
