Outdoor Décor!!

Aaaahh, summertime!  Time for vacays, or staycays!  Whichever you do, do it outdoors!

Summertime is here and that means longer days and more time spent outdoors!  If you love to entertain and need some très chic ideas on how to spruce up your outdoor décor, well look no further because I have some ideas for you! 

Outdoor furniture has come a long way since the days of the lawn chairs that would leave waffle prints on the back of your legs when you get up (if you grew up in the 80's you know what I mean, lol).  The fabrics and materials are more durable and the styles more versatile.  You almost can't tell if the furniture should be inside the house instead of outside!

This is my personal favorite.  French Louis XV furnishings in neutral tones and durable outdoor fabrics with a gorgeous center table with flowers and candles make this outdoor setting very cozy and inviting!

This is gorgeous!  French Country outdoor dining!  Simplistic in its elegance, this setting is sure to keep family and friends coming over for breakfast, lunch or dinner!  You can dress this setting up or down with just a simple change of dishes and accessories.

What a fragrant view!  Imagine having a petit dejeuner for two (or four) by a lavender field!  Okay, not everyone has a lavender field in their backyard, however, adding an assortment of flowers to your space can create a similar setting.

Adding a daybed to your outdoor space is another creative option for furnishings.  Simplistic elegance with table seating for two complements the daybed.  You can also add cushions to the seats for more comfort and candles for ambience.

Even if you live in an apartment on condo, if you have a big enough patio you can still add an eating and/or seating area to your space.  Chic bistro tables and chairs are perfect for small spaces!

Lighting plays a very important role when you want to entertain in the evening.  There's many different and creative ways to add lighting to any space (lanterns, candles, and string lights to name a few).  The use of great furnishings, lighting and accessories will create an unforgettable and elegant outdoor space for everyone to enjoy! :-)
