Can you believe it's officially the first day of Fall! Give me all the pumpkin spice, crunchy leaves, sweater weather and bonfires, lol! I guess all of that is not going to happen being I live in FL, ugh!! I'm not going to let my location deter me from enjoying my favorite season. After all, I am a VA girl born and raised!
This pic is of my living room where I added pops of traditional Fall colors to go along with my neutrals. This post is a follow up from my previous one about changing seasons where I showed you how to style your home with neutrals for Fall. Now I'm going to show you how to add color!
Beautiful pumpkins and greenery make for a lush tablescape! This is a gorgeous farmhouse style setting perfect for gatherings with family and friends!
I just love this cozy, rustic living room! The accessories are covered with warm colors, textures and patterns. The fireplace and candles add a warm and comforting glow to the room. I could curl up here with a book and a glass of wine every night!
The bedroom is a place of rest and refuge. Your sanctuary! The rich, cozy fabrics make for a peaceful night's rest!
Now this is a great way to add decor to your front porch! Add some Fall garland around the door and hang a wreath on it. Also use potted flowers and pumpkins. Great symmetrical and easy to do decor! Add a cure doormat also!!
Overall, adding rich Fall colors, patterns and textures throughout your home will bring in those Autumn feelings! If the weather is not quite "Fall" where you are, you can always make your home feel that way!
