Happy first day of Fall! Can you believe how fast time is flying by?! I don't know about you, but Fall is my favorite season. Autumn leaves, pumpkin spice everything, sweater weather, cozy clothing and blankets, apple cider, pumpkin patches, apple orchards....I could go on and on, LOL! There are so many ways to style your home for Fall, from soft neutrals to vibrant earth tone colors. I'll show you several examples on how to implement a touch of Autumn into your decor! The first example above is a very simplistic way to add a touch of Fall to your dining room table. This tablescape was created using a beautiful silver tray, milk pitcher and a few cream colored pumpkins. Add some wheat to the pitcher and a few sprigs on the tray. Then place several pumpkins around the tray. Add a table runner and a couple of candles and viola! Another option would be to add more pumpkins of varying sizes an both sides of the tray and intertwine Fall florals! The photo below shows a nicely styled front porch. The use of vibrant yellows, oranges and greens creates a very welcoming entry for your friends and family. The addition of fresh flowers adds wonderful fragrance also! Here's a great example of how to add decor to your fireplace mantel. Include items of varying heights to create aesthetically pleasing visuals. A rustic wrought iron decorative piece flanked by pumpkins and candles provides a centered focal point. Add garland and a wreath to complete mantel. Add more decor in other areas to make the space more cozy and festive! Have a fun time getting creative with Fall decor! Don't forget about your kitchen area if you have some counter space for decor. Your bedrooms and bathrooms are other areas to add some Autumn flair as well! Check out my Instagram page for more examples on how I added Fall decor in my home! Happy first day of Fall everyone!
